One Tour per Week
We are delighted to welcome groups to Coolamber for relaxed, guided visits in the house and gardens. Each occasion is hosted personally and paced gently, with time to enjoy the atmosphere, ask questions and simply take in the surroundings. An ideal outing for garden clubs, active retirement groups or any gathering of friends who enjoy beautiful, peaceful places.
Option 1: Walled Garden Tour
€25 per person. Approx. 2.5 hours
A guided tour of the Walled Gardens, reflection garden and all the outbuildings, orangery,
gardeners cottage followed by tea/coffee and freshly baked scones served in the courtyard
Tea Room
Option 2: House & Walled Garden Tour
€35 per person. Approx 3 hours
Begin with tea/coffee and fresh scones in the courtyard tea room, then enjoy a
guided walk through the Walled Gardens, reflection garden and all the outbuildings,
orangery and gardeners cottage Afterwards come into the house for a greater insight.

Option 3: Garden Tour & House Experience with Afternoon Tea
€50 per person · Approx. 4.5 hours
Start your day with a warm welcome of tea and homemade scones, before setting off on a guided tour through the Walled gardens, orangery, and historic outbuildings. Step inside for a fascinating house tour, rich in history and character. Afterwards, gather around the large dining table in the Heritage Room to enjoy a relaxed Afternoon Tea of delicious sandwiches and cakes.Here guests can unwind and enjoy conversation around the large dining table in true country house style surrounded by the warmth and glow of the fire. A chance to simply be together in a beautiful private space, unhurried, no parking worries, no outside visitors — just your group.
Option 4: Full Day Private House & Garden Experience
€75 per person . Approx 5.5 hours
Tea/coffee and scones on arrival in the courtyard tea room, a guided tour of the Walled Garden orangery, and historic outbuildings. Followed by a delicious and leisurely two–course lunch served in the heritage dining room including a story-filled tour of Coolamber House. A thoughtful and elegant day — ideal for that extra special celebratory occasions. A chance to simply be together in a beautiful private space, unhurried, no parking worries, no outside visitors
