Who doesn't love a good cheese board ?

Would you like to know how to make some really great cheese and charcuterie boards  to treat your friends and family this Christmas?

The founder and Charcuterie Queen of Star Grazing Ireland Agne Jonele  will be in Coolamber for our first ever Cheese and Charcuterie Workshop. 

​

She will show you how to create that WOW factor 

​

We will provide all the cheese, charcuterie, accompaniments, as well and boards and utensils for each participant.

You will learn how to cut and style the cheese and how to fold and present the charcuterie.

Participants will help create a board to enjoy at the end of the evening.

​

So if your not the biggest fan of cooking but would like to present delicious and visually pleasing boards ,you cannot go wrong with a cheese and charcuterie arrangement for a gathering or a simple dinner, especially when you've learned all the tricks to making it visually stunning as well as delicious.

This workshops will certainly help kick start the Christmas feeling. With a roaring log fire, candlelight, delicious charcuterie and cheese board, twinkling lights, festive music and lovely company.   This promises to be a fun and informative evening !
