This will include our a tour of the  Orchard, Kitchen garden, Fruit and Berry Garden including our the newly designed Glasshouse. Development work is still ongoing but to view a garden in its early stages is also beneficial.

In the Glass House you will meet Tara O'Connor founder of The Designed Table who will present and discuss some exciting seasonal tablescape ideas. This will help you decide how best to bring the promise and freshness of spring to your family gatherings. After all The designed Table was  created to bring a sense of occasion back to everyday dining.

At 1pm  you will get to relax further and enjoy a Kir Cocktail made using our own Homemade Coolamber Cassis, you will also be treated to a delicious home cooked two course  lunch served in the dining room of Coolamber House.

After dinner you will have the  opportunity to create a beautiful table centrepiece using a mix of gorgeous spring flowers and foliage.  Amelia Raben an Eco Flower Grower and Floral Artist will be here in Coolamber to guide you using eco-floristry techniques.

During this workshop, you will also be shown how to achieve that 'just plonked' look in a vase of flowers.  You will be given advice on what vases are good to use followed by a demonstration of a table centrepiece using chicken wire.  This is a relaxing workshop designed to inspire and spark your creativity. This element of the workshop will take place in the renovated stables.

To end the day everyone will have the opportunity to create their own flower masterpiece to take home. The beauty and importance of using 'grown not flown' blooms will be evident in the arrangements. All flowers, foliage and vases will be provided and it is suitable for beginners.

Booking is essential and places are strictly limited to 12 participants.

We look forward to welcoming you to Coolamber.
