Would you like to know how to make some really great cocktails to treat your friends and family this Christmas?

Carmen O' Brien is  passionate about making delicious tasting cocktails and puts huge emphasis on using the best of ingredients. Having worked in very classic cocktails bars in Los Angeles and made cocktails for many of the Hollywood stars including Brooke Shields, Lisa Kudow and Robert De Niro, to name a few, Carmen will show us all how to do it! 

Carmen will give a very practical hands on demonstration , taking us through the process step by step.

Everyone will  have  an opportunity to make  at least two of their favourites .  After shaking and stirring you can sit back relax and sip your own creations, enjoy some canapes amongst friends in the very atmospheric restored stables of Coolamber House. 

This workshops will certainly help kick start the Christmas feeling. With a roaring log fire, candlelight, delicious cocktails, charcuterie and cheese board, twinkling lights, festive music and lovely company.   This promises to be a fun and informative evening !

All alcohol, mixers, fruit and embellishments will be supplied.
