Harness the Power of Colour & Nature to Create a Relaxing Home Sanctuary
Saturday 21st October 2023
10.30am to 3.30pm
One-Day Workshop with interior stylist and colour consultant Sarah Twigg Doyle -@retwiggdstylist
Would you love to understand more about the principles of colour and its effect on your mood?
Do you love the idea of finding ways to better connect your home to nature for a healthier way of living and as an antidote to stressful modern life?
In this one day workshop, Sarah will guide you through the basic principles of colour psychology and biophilic interiors (the science of connecting our homes to nature) to unleash your creativity and help you on your journey to creating a happy, relaxing home.
How by understanding and choosing the right colours for your personality type, you can unleash your authentic true style and stop you making wrong decisions when it comes to decorating your home. Connecting it to nature has proven scientific health benefits, helping to relieve stress and improve our sense of wellbeing.
We all want our homes to feel like the perfect sanctuary, a true reflection of our personalities and the people living in them. In the afternoon session, Sarah will guide you through the powerful process of creating a “Me” moodboard. By gathering together things you love and inspire you, you can create a 'map of you’, an authentic reference point to apply to your future projects.
Everyone will meet and greet in the renovated stables to a roaring log fire with Tea/ Coffee and Scones
The day will also include a home-cooked two course lunch and dessert served in the dining room of Coolamber House, followed by a guided walk in the Walled Garden
Places are strictly limited. To secure your place booking in advance online is essential.
Looking forward to meeting everyone!
